"For all skin types. Provides natural antioxidants along with vitamin E to give gentle, yet effective, protection from dryness while encouraging skin's suppleness. Absorbs quickly, leaving a velvety feel." Ingredients: organic Aloe barbadensis leaf juice, organic Cocos nucifera (Coconut oil), 100% natural vegetable glycerin, tocopherol (vitamin E), organic Rosmarinus officianalis (Rosemary) leaf extract, organicc Oryza sativa (Rice) bran, organic Pelargonium graveolens (Geranium) oil, organic Citrus sinensis (Sweet Orange) Oil. Directions: Place 2-3 drops in hands, apply over face and neck area, massaging until absorbed. The panel's findingsThis moisturizer goes on very smoothly and easily - and all testers were pleasantly surprised that even though it's thin, it covers well and lasts long. The recommended 2-3 DROPS go a long way. It's not a thick cream, it's a lotion that's thin enough to pour out of the bottle. A tester with oily skin said he needed less than 2-3 drops to keep his skin feeling good, while those with dry and/or sensitive skin found the 2-3 drops sufficient. One of the testers with dry skin found he did not need to reapply the product between face-washings, something he often has to do. Testers with sensitive skin did not experience any stinging or redness. Very few notice any particular fragrance in Brittanies Thyme Organic Everyday Facial Moisturizer. Of those who did notice, one did not like the fragrance at all, three REALLY liked it, and one commented, "It has a clean scent with no hint of the smell of chemicals or herbs" one tester did not like the smell at all and one would have liked it to smell more: "The only criticism I have is that I like more of a fragrance in my products. I detect none in the moisturizer." Note: Fragrance is definitely personal and subjective. Once you determine that the source of the fragrance is natural and not synthetic or chemical-based, (this product's smell comes from Rosemary, Geranium and Orange), start with a sample or small size of a product to see how you like it. The tester who would have preferred a heavier fragrance also would have "liked the moisturizer to be just a hair thicker". Because of that, he gave the moisturizer an A-, while he gave an A+ to both the the cleanser and the exfoliating clay scrub." Both fragrance and texture/thickness contribute to the experience of any product - even a wholesome and good or "good-for-you" product. They help you decide if you like it and would buy it - or not. All in all, Brittanies Thyme Organic Everyday Facial Moisturizer received a thumbs up from the test panel members.
